Promo Eligibility
This promotion is open to all RCBC retail CASA account holders who have successfully enrolled their account to the RCBC mobile banking application Pulz. Consumer loans, credit cards, and corporate RCBC clients are not qualified to participate in this promo, unless they are also a new or existing RCBC CASA account holder. To qualify, Pulz Users must make at least one (1) eligible QR Ph person-to-merchant (P2M) payment during the Promo Period to earn cashback.

RCBC will also waive service fees on eligible AutoSweep RFID load purchases through Pulz during the Promo Period.

April 14 - June 30, 2025

Promo Offer
RCBC will provide a rebate in the amount of Ten Pesos (Php 10.00) to all Users who carry out a successful QR Ph P2M payment using the scan-to-pay function of Pulz.

RCBC will also waive the service fee of Ten Pesos (Php 10.00) on Autosweep RFID load purchases through Pulz. 

Promo Mechanics
QR Ph P2M
• Pulz Users must have successfully used the QR Ph P2M scan-to-pay feature of Pulz during the Promo Period. QR Ph person-to-person (P2P) payments do not qualify for cashback.
• Users must scan the QR Ph code of any merchant and complete a purchase of at least Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) to qualify for the rebate of Ten Pesos (Php 10.00).
• The cash rebate in the amount of Ten Pesos (Php 10.00) shall be credited to the user’s Pulz account.
• Only the first three (3) qualifying QR Ph P2M transactions per customer in each calendar month within the Promo Period shall be eligible for the awarding of rebate.
• Crediting of the incentives shall take place within ten (10) business days after the qualified transaction was made.
• Cashback qualifications shall be subject to further verification.

Autosweep RFID Load Purchase
• Pulz Users must have successfully purchased Autosweep load through Pulz during the Promo Period.
• Pulz Users can purchase Autosweep credits by navigating to the Pulz application’s “Load Up” function. Users will select Autosweep from the RFID options, and must load at least Three Hundred Pesos (Php 300.00) to qualify for the waived service fee.
• The waived service fee shall apply only to the first five (5) qualifying Autosweep RFID load purchases in each calendar month within the Promo Period. Pulz Users shall incur the service fee of Ten Pesos (Php 10.00) on subsequent Autosweep RFID load purchases.

Promo Scope and Limitations
• Transactions deemed fraudulent or questionable will be automatically disqualified from the promo. Cashback claimed from transactions deemed to be fraudulent will be subject to clawback.
• QR Ph P2P payments do not qualify for cashback.
• Taxes, if any,  will be shouldered by RCBC.
• In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
• The value of the fee waiver is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or any form of rewards, points, discounts, vouchers, rebates, refunds, services, or products.

What is QR Ph P2M?
QR Ph P2M (Payment to Merchant) is a scan-to-pay feature of RCBC Pulz. You can pay for your purchases at QR Ph-enabled merchants by scanning the QR Ph standee or POS-generated QR Ph code with your smartphone. QR Ph P2M transactions are free of charge.

How do I scan to pay on Pulz?
At the bottom of the Pulz dashboard, select ‘Pay’ and scan the merchant’s QR Ph code. Select your source account and type in the amount to be paid. Confirm the transaction by entering your one-time PIN or biometrics.

How do I earn cashback for my QR Ph P2M transactions?
For every QR Ph P2M transaction of at least Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500), you are eligible to receive a cashback of Ten Pesos (Php 10).

When will the cashback be credited to my account?
Cashback will be credited to your account within ten (10) business days from the date of your QR Ph P2M transaction.

How many times can I receive cashback for QR Ph P2M transactions?
You can receive cashback for eligible QR Ph P2M transactions up to three (3) times in each calendar month within the promo period.

What is the difference between QR Ph P2P and P2M?
QR Ph P2P (Person to Person) payments are instant payments between retail customers. While these payments also make use of the QR Ph standard, they are subject to transfer fees.

Are QR Ph P2P transactions eligible for cashback?
QR Ph P2P transactions are not eligible for cashback under this promo.

How do I reload my Autosweep RFID in Pulz?
In the Pulz dashboard, select ‘Load Up’, choose ‘RFID’, and click ‘Autosweep.’ Select your source account for payment and type in the amount you wish to load up. Confirm the transaction by entering your one-time PIN or biometrics.

What is the minimum transaction amount for my Autosweep RFID reload to be eligible for waived service fee?
Customers must load up a minimum of Three Hundred Pesos (Php 300) for the service fee to be waived.

How many times can I load up my Autosweep RFID free of service fee?
You can perform up to five Autosweep RFID reload transactions with waived service fee per calendar month within the promo period.
